Special Events

With Special Events such as Town Hall Meetings or Sales Demos Power Point Presentations we recommend that two cameras document the occasion.

 

Event Pricing:

The hourly rate for a Special Event is $25.00 dollars per hour. The video footage will then be edited into a DVD presentation.

The editing cost for the DVD is determined by the final running time.

  • The editing cost to produce a 45-minute DVD is $450.00 dollars
  • 46 minutes-60 minutes is $550.00
  • 61 minutes-90 minutes is $650.00
  • Over 90 minutes, please contact us for a quote.

 

Podcast your Presentation or Lecture!

  • Two cameras film up to one hour of your presentation
  • Editing and sound mixing of the presentation
  • Receive one DVD copy
  • We upload it to iTunes or convert to podcast ready format for you
  • Introductory price for new customers is $799
